Taxidermy for your Feet

Words of wisdom from German artist Iris Scheiferstein, “The earlier you die – the longer you are dead.” Ummmmmmmm…. yeah. Makes sense, I guess. But you gotta say it in a German accent for the full effect. Iris takes dead animals and preserves them into footwear, because everyone needs to wear a carcass somewhere on their body at some point in time. Having said that, my time and place for wearing those pigeon heels would definitely be a crowded park (after school, of course) with tons of pigeons and a bag full of day old bread. Imagine the scene! Pigeons freaking out, children freaking out, parents freaking out and me with an evil smile- muahahahahahah. I’ll stop.
