Meadham Kirchoff usually send their models down the runway wearing a mix of goth, punk and girly girl outfits, but this season they decided to go by the way of granny wear extraordinaire, Chanel. Don’t get me wrong, I love love love Chanel, but sometimes it can look dowdy and old if the outfit is not the right color or the cut is a bit loose. I felt like Meadham Kirchoff could’ve infused the goth, punk into the Chanel-inspired looks a bit more for a more hip look. To me it still looks a bit dowdy, especially the cut and length of the jackets. They should really stick with ruffles, bows and pastels! In any case, they still remain to be one of my fave designers!
