Mary Katrantzou- Fall 2011- Bell Skirts and Chinese Gardens

Mary Katrantzou is known for her excellent use of graphics on dresses. Check out her past collection here.  This season she had Chinois prints and flowers on her mind which I think is really beautiful, especially the tight pants that could suffocate a fart. I think more than anything, I am in love with the bell skirts. So cool! That’s the kind of structure you don’t really see anymore these days. You know what would be really cool? If those Bell skirts would open like a door and reveal a storage area for anything you want to transport! Like those guys in trench coats that sell watches! Just ignore my comments today because I haven’t had my morning cup of Earl Grey, yet. Anyway, she definitely is still one to watch and was definitely one of my favorites from London’s Fashion Week.
