Alexander Mcqueen- Spring 2013- Bee Colony Couture

It was about the birds (that’s British-speak for ‘lady’ ) and the bees for McQueen. The show had more fake flowers than a 99cent store, which I have to say , I LOVED! The honeycomb design was also super cool and of course, the caged corsets were KILLER! I love honey but not bees, obviously because they sting and it hurts like a mofo. Anywho,  this is probably my favorite show of the season. Anywho, do you think this is meant to coincide with those vanishing bees in nature? Perhaps. Looks like fashion is going the eco-friendly route this season…
