Oh yes! Leave it to Dutch designer Iris Van Herpen to show them how it’s done! Couture is one of those instances where the designer has a license to put the most effed up stuff on the runway and Iris totally takes advantage of this! That fourth picture looks like a water splash around the dress- so so cool! I’ve written about Iris before- click here for a quick read.
