Jeremy Scott- Fall 2011- Cartoon Rave?

Designer Jeremy Scott always gives us bold collections that leave your head with nice bout of ‘WTF?’… So, this season was no different with Coca-Cola references and God. Kinda funny… I like that he sees humor in fashion and doesn’t take it too seriously, but it’s not too crazy to make you look like a psych ward escapee.  Honestly, this is something I would have worn to a rave 15 years ago, especially the fuzzy pink outfits. Although, I’m not sure about the silver boobs- it looks like a pink orangutan. The Rainbow Brite hair is kinda cartoony and cool and I have been guilty of rocking that look a while back. The only thing I don’t get is the ‘Milk Kills’. I mean, is Jeremy lactose intolerant? Is that a reference to the shirt ‘Choose Life’ in the Wham! video?? My mind is boggled.
