I recently had the pleasure of interviewing the cast of Happy Feet 2 and here is what I wore for the occasion. Whenever I am stumped about what to wear, I always go for something Chanel- y. I mean, if old ladies can’t go wrong, I sure as hell can’t go wrong.
Sooooo, I whipped out this vintage Castleberry suit with red, white and blue piping and gold buttons. I could either take it French nautical or totally 80’s punk. I decided to punk it up a bit with a pair of Union Jack Moschino heels and three very gold brooches. I picked up the Kremlin Brooch and Unicorn brooch at a vintage store in Rhode Island on my last trip there and the crown brooch, I had a very very long time that I don’t even remember where I got it. That unicorn brooch is pretty huge. Amazingly, that Kremlin brooch is from the Joan Rivers Collection. I thought that was weird. I thought the Kremlin would like a castle in the sky with a unicorn and crown flying through the sky. I know, such a stretch of the imagination for something on my lapel. Anywho, I still have bits of pink tips on my hair, which I had cut a few days prior to the interviews. Perfect since a little penguin was going perch on top of it!
