Such beautiful hats! Los Angeles designer Arturo Rios specializes in these fancy hats that make other ladies wearing JC Penny Sunday church hats at the Kentucky Derby give you a ‘bitch please’ stare. That’s when you know you made a brilliant fashion choice! My favorite has to be any one hat with a BOW!!! As you may know, I’m BOW- OBSESSED! If I had a string of anything (even a tampon string) I’d tie it into a bow- no questions asked. If I had an extension cord, I’d tie into a bow.
