Designer Alessandro Michele gave a well-needed makeover at Gucci and it was perfect. To me, Gucci was getting a little boring and conservative. So, this collection was the right balance of country equestrian with 1970’s kitchy wallpaper and drapes. It was extraordinary! I especially liked the troupe l’oeil dresses, like in the fifth and sixth photos. This collection reminded me so much of Beck during his Odelay album. (great album, by the way!) Let’s give a big, warm “YEHAW” for Alessandro!
