Karl the Kaiser produced the latest Chanel Couture collection with the environment in mind. No, he didn’t scrounge through the local Sal’s boutique to up cycle vintage threads into something new, but rather he took organic cottons and wood chips (among other things) to create a whole collection. Basically, he out-Gooped Goop. Congratulations! Any who, since I like tacky, sparkly things (like any fabulous cat), I love love loved the sequined pieces in this collection. Especially, the fairy godmother capes! So, a big hip hip hooray for Karl making another fantastic collection (minus the FUG hippie pants Baptiste Giabiconi is wearing – I bet he’s wearing Patchouli number 5! )
