March has ended and spring is starting showing off its brightest days. We can finally wear what we like the most: light little dresses full of colours and eye-catching prints.
Today I would like to talk you about a fashion brand that comes directly from Italy. Yes the country where fashion is a key element of everyday life and where many haute couture brands are born. I am talking about the brand Iceberg. Despite the name, its items seems not to be cold at all; just take a tour to the Iceberg online shop and you will notice that ironic prints and flashy colours are the main features of the spring summer collection.
Actually the brand is very famous in Italy, but I came to know it only a few days ago since someone recommended me the new e-commerce GilmarLab which is the Italian group that owns Iceberg and other haute couture fashion brands.
Here is a little selection of the items I like the most for the summer:
Miniskirt with pineapple print: I like so much this skirt because of the texture which seems to be very comfortable. It is refined and funny at the same time because of its contrasting pineapple prints. I would wear it for a day in a luxury sporting club.
Dress with eyelet details: Needless to say that I love the colour of this dress. It makes me think of the blue sea. I think it could be a quite versatile dress, since it can be matched to sneakers as in the picture, or with heels to make it less sporty.
Trapezium bag: this trapezium shaped bag is perfect for a girls night out or a shopping afternoon. You will certainly not pass unnoticed whit all these colours. I also like the little details such as the visibile pass-through handles and the “I” pendant with logo.
Shorts: summer is the right season to wear shorts! I like these white shorts with multi-coloured appliqué and worn-effect details. I already can see myself sipping a mojito on the beach.
