Israeli artist Sigalit Landau had a really cool idea of of submerging a perfectly gorgeous velvet dress in the Dead Sea and fuhgeddaboudit for two months. The result was the Morton Salt girl‘s worst nightmare…. clumped up salt on a Victorian dress! I think the dress is gorgeous, but sad that it’s most likely unwearable.
