I’m always astounded by all the earthy mommy crap there is out there. Yes, giving birth and having children is a small miracle, but the merchandising surrounding it is kinda annoying. I really do cherish my kids and what not, but the birth is wicked gross and messy and everything that goes along with, including diaper changes and spitting up is, well, nast. Anywho, what other way to mark the end of breastfeeding than to capsule into a necklace. Mommy Milk on Etsy has that totally covered, in case you were in the market to save your breast milk and wear around your neck forever and ever. I’m still breastfeeding my 1 year old (9 months adjusted) and the little sucker is not gonna let go anytime soon. I don’t mind, since I don’t have to go to the gym. Breastfeeding is my gym. Hahahaha. For my first son, I celebrated the end of breastfeeding (he stopped at 14 months) with a little shopping spree at Agent Provocateur. Not sure how I’ll celebrate with number 2, but it will most definitely involve a Korean woman scrubbing me and beating me to a pulp at a 24 hour spa in Korea-town in LA. Also, just so you know, there is also Placenta jewelry by Wise Birth Services. Just putting that out there with no comment.
