Chanel-Spring 2019 Haute Couture- Lagerfeld’s Final Collection

It was the first time Karl the Kaiser didn’t walk at the end of the show because he felt ‘tired’. We miss your judgmental stares and leisurely strut, Karl! We wish you a speedy recuperation and thanks for the gorgeous collection, once again! ** UPDATE**- Upon the publishing of this post, I learned the legendary Karl Lagerfeld has passed away. He has left an indelible mark on the fashion world and revived a major, old fashion house, CHANEL, back to its helm since his take over in the 1980s. Thank you for your contribution to fashion, culture and most everything elegant in this world…. we will miss you, especially Choupette. Rest in Peace, Karl the Kaiser.
