The most definite way to remember the best tourist destinations you have visited is by taking a selfie. Tourists are known to go the extra mile to take selfies in places you can’t even envision. Selfies allow us to take photos of beautiful and exotic places we’ve visited in the world. But how do you capture the best photos with an amazing backdrop that will bring back memories? Below are the best places in the world to say “cheese” to yourself as you capture lifetime memories.
The Great Wall of China
The Great Wall of China is among the most visited tourist destinations in the world. There are seemingly miles of endless trails along the wall. People from all walks of life keep booking flights to Beijing to trek and have a glimpse of the wall. The awe-inspiring architecture makes the wall to stand out from other tourist attractions you are likely to consider. It’s also one of the most treasured icons and wonders of the world.
Jeddah Tower
Try taking a selfie with this tower, if you can fit it all in! This 1,000-meter-tall building will be the tallest in the world after completion. The tower will host offices, 5-star hotels, and several apartments. The Jeddah Tower will house an observation desk as well, with sweeping views and you may even find yourself above the clouds! Now we wait patiently for the opening of the tower, which is expected to be sometime this year.
Tower Bridge in London
This iconic structure will leave you breathless. From famous movie scenes to commercials, this bridge is perhaps the most famous in the world. Walking across the bridge is free thankfully and you can get amazing selfies with London. After walking across the bridge, take walk along the river Thames and explore some of the bars and restaurants located along the banks.
Colosseum Rome
The Colosseum in Rome is a historical landmark worth visiting. This massive structure alone attracts more than 5 million tourists per year. You can take selfies, take a walk around the underground areas and the inside parts where the bloody battles and other forms of ancient entertainment used to take place. If you don’t care so much for the history, enjoy the panoramic view of the colosseum from the inside and get some beautiful pictures!
The Pyramids of Giza
The Pyramids were completed in 2560BC. They were considered the tallest human-made attraction before the 14th century. They are located a few miles from the pyramids of Khafre and Menkaure. Your tour in Egypt will not be complete if you do not find time to take a selfie with the pyramids!
Niagara Falls
Niagara Falls is a popular destination for honeymoons and families. The natural wonder itself, museums, and rides amongst the base of the falls are among the things that will make you fall in love with the place! This destination is easy to get to as well, as it’s located between America and Canada. Pick up some Canadian or American goodies while you are there too to make the trip complete!
